Results depend on the correct HTS classification, customs value, origin, exclusions, trade remedies, shipment date, port, carrier charges and other facts. Factories, laboratories, inspectors, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, payment providers and other participants are independent third parties unless a written agreement states otherwise. Verification and inspection reduce risk but cannot guarantee future conduct, continuous capacity, legal compliance or defect-free production. The agreed scope and evidence available at the time limit any review.
Downloads and Checklists
