We work with buyers from the UK, US, Europe, and Australia — from first-time importers to established brands scaling their sourcing. Here's what they've said.
"Excellent service, very reliable, very patient when explaining things, and always attentive in answering and resolving all questions. 10/10"
"We have been working with Abel for over five years now — he's an extremely professional partner in sourcing goods from China and efficient shipping and freight. Highly understanding and expert in his field!"
"We'd tried sourcing furniture on Alibaba ourselves and had two bad experiences — wrong specs, long delays. Abel took over completely. He found us three factories in Dongguan, arranged sample visits, and the first container arrived exactly as ordered. We've now done four shipments with him."
"I sell electronics accessories on Amazon and needed CE and FCC certificates I could trust. Abel verified the certificates with the test labs before I committed to bulk production — and caught one that was forged. That check alone saved me from a customs disaster. I use him for every new product now."
"Wir haben Abel mit der Beschaffung unserer Arbeitsschutzkleidung beauftragt. Die Kommunikation war sehr professionell — er hat alles auf Englisch mit den Fabriken abgewickelt und uns immer auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Die Qualität war besser als von unserem vorherigen Lieferanten, zu einem deutlich günstigeren Preis."
"As a first-time importer, I had no idea what I was doing. Abel walked me through the whole process — MOQs, sea freight vs air, payment terms, everything. He didn't just find me suppliers; he explained how to evaluate them. I felt like I had someone on the ground who genuinely had my back."
"Our hotel group needed 400 sets of bedroom furniture for a new property — tight timeline, strict specs, and a fixed budget. Abel sourced from two complementary factories, coordinated a consolidated shipment, and delivered everything on time. The quality passed our on-site inspection with zero issues."
"I've worked with several sourcing agents over the years and the difference with Abel is that he actually tells you when something won't work — he's honest about risks, not just telling you what you want to hear. He talked me out of a supplier that looked great on paper but had red flags I would have missed."
A few examples of sourcing projects — the challenge, what we did, and the outcome.
A UK garden furniture retailer had received two shipments from an Alibaba supplier with wrong fabric specifications and dimensions. The third shipment was already delayed. They needed a reliable replacement before peak season.
We identified three established manufacturers in Dongguan specialising in teak and aluminium outdoor furniture, visited all three, and shortlisted one based on production capacity and certifications. We coordinated fabric samples and revised drawings, conducted a pre-shipment inspection, and oversaw container loading.
The client received a full 40ft container of 220 garden sets, on spec and two weeks ahead of the original timeline. They've since placed three further orders with the same factory.
A US Amazon seller wanted to launch a private-label Bluetooth speaker. They had found a factory on 1688 offering competitive prices, but needed FCC ID, CE, and RoHS certificates to sell in the US and EU. The factory provided certificates, but the seller wasn't sure they were legitimate.
We verified the factory's certificates directly with the issuing test laboratories — and found the FCC ID was valid for a different product model. We sourced an alternative factory in Shenzhen with genuine certifications, coordinated firmware customisation and packaging design, and managed a sample round and pre-production inspection.
The client launched with clean documentation, passed Amazon's compliance review first time, and avoided what would have been a costly customs hold. First batch of 500 units sold out within 6 weeks.
A German safety equipment distributor wanted to add a private-label workwear line to their catalogue — hi-vis vests, safety trousers, and fleece jackets — but had no experience sourcing apparel from China and no contacts in the Guangdong garment industry.
We identified a manufacturer in the Guangzhou apparel cluster with experience in EN ISO 20471 hi-vis certification. We managed spec development, fabric selection, a two-round fit sample process, wash and colorfastness testing, and coordinated woven labels and hang tags with the client's branding.
The client launched three SKUs under their own brand within four months of the initial brief. The range is now their second-highest margin product line, and they're developing two additional workwear categories for the following season.
